ACEI主要作用于RAS（腎素－血管緊張素系統(tǒng)），通過抑制RAS中的血管緊張素轉(zhuǎn)換酶（ACE）而減少血管緊張素II（Ang II）的生成，從而發(fā)揮控制血壓，保護(hù)靶器官的作用。同時(shí)他還能調(diào)節(jié)交感神經(jīng)系統(tǒng)活性，增加前列腺素合成。
