概述

The columns are spin format desalting columns for removal of salts, radioisotopes, dyes, primers, deoxynucleotides (dNTPs) and buffer exchanges. The samples are added to the column and spun briefly to collect clean samples for further downstream processes. Supplied in two sizes:the Micro size is for processing up to 200 μl and the Medi size for processing up to 500 μl.
